Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
